| Sure, we see our fair share of overcast days in Vancouver's winter but what better way to achieve the season's best make-up look of alabaster skin and strong 50's lips?  Apply the make-up wet or dry depending on the intensity of colour you want. The foundation is concealer, foundation and finishing powder all in one.
